It is also believed that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, producing distinct coffee beans with unique and extreme flavors. We believe these flavors are the result of organic and traditional growing systems. Every coffee bean in Ethiopia is handpicked from wild coffee trees and naturally processed. We offer a variety of Arabica green coffee beans.  Our coffee beans are indigenous to Ethiopia with vibrant crisp acidity, refined sweetness, citrus notes and an elegant aftertaste.

Sesame Seed

Ethiopia is among the top ten highest global distributors of Sesame Seeds in the world. The standards of our sesame seeds are as that of global standards following good harvesting practices and natural processing an overall al organic system making our product one of the most sought out oil seeds. Our Ethiopian Sesame Seeds have high oil content ranging between 54 and 56 percent resulting in high demand and appreciation by oil manufacturing companies. In addition, Ethiopian Sesame seeds are relatively large and has a uniform white or ashen-coloured therefore very much requested for bakery and confectionary purposes due to their white color, sweet taste and nutty aroma.

Soyabeans

The fertile lands of Ethiopia are very suitable for the growth of Soya beans and with an increase of planting area, the production and export have tripled during these past years. Ermiyas Biru being the forefront of this transaction bring you only high-quality soybeans with high oil yield ready at your disposal. We source beans from the South and Western regions of Ethiopia. Our products are organic and naturally processed which is accountable for the uniqueness of our products. In current trends of the food industry, soybeans are in high demand as it is the new substitute for milk and meat as well as for animal feed.

Niger seeds

Niger seed is the second most widely-produced oilseed crop in Ethiopia. Niger seeds also known as Nigella seeds are constantly in demand due to its unique character as it is used in combination with any other oil without losing its potency which is rarely seen in plant-based oil. We source our Niger seeds from the Oromia Region and Amhara Region of Ethiopia. We export high-quality Ethiopia Niger seed oil to the foreign market as it is used as flavouring agent for other cooking fat or oil.

Beans
